Charges:
1 dog for 24 hour period - £26.00
For day care (which is added on to a boarding period to provide convenient drop off or pick up times):
(half day) 1 – 4 hours - £10.00
(full day) 4 - 8 hours - £20.00
2 dogs (from the same household) for 24 hour period - £42.00
For day care (which is added on to a boarding period to provide convenient drop off or pick up times):
Day care (half day) 1-4 hours - £20.00
Day care (full day) 4 - 8 hours - £35.00
For puppies under 12 months of age or under there is a surcharge of £5 per day per dog.
A 25% deposit is payable at time of booking (for your first booking the deposit will be payable at our initial meeting to secure your required boarding dates) with the balance due 4 weeks prior to the start of boarding (unless the booking is made than less than 4 weeks ahead in which case the whole balance will be due at time of booking).

In the event of cancellation by the customer, after a booking has been confirmed, the cancellation terms are as follows:

More than 6 weeks before the boarding commences – deposit will be returned
6 - 4 weeks before care commences – deposit will be retained by Happy Paws Home Boarding
4 - 2 weeks before care commences - 50% of booking fee will be retained by Happy Paws Home Boarding
Less than 2 weeks before care commences - 100% of booking fee will be retained by Happy Paws Home Boarding
Amount payable in the event of customer cancellation:
More than 6 weeks before the boarding commences – deposit will be returned
6 - 4 weeks before care commences – deposit will be retained by Happy Paws Home Boarding
